Executive Team

Bill James is a third generation Mortgage Banker with over three decades of real world experience in Mortgage Banking starting as a loan setup clerk in 1989 and working his way up the ranks during his 29 years with the company.  After being named President, Bill was instrumental in the re-development of the company’s policies and procedures and implementation of the sound business practices which serve as the foundation on which the company continues to grow today.  Bill is also a licensed Real Estate Appraiser, with current qualifications as FHA, VA, USDA and Agency credit and collateral underwriter.
