First of all, I need to publicly thank Kailin. My wife and I were trying to buy a home, and struggled with the process until our realtor got us in contact with Kailin. We were about to call it quits for about 6 months until I had a simple conversation with him, that accomplished so much. My wife and I recently bought a house in Fresno. This was the 3rd house we have purchased. The 2 loans prior were brokered out and happened to end up at the same bank. The bank that lent us money was good to us so we decided to give that same bank a chance. We contacted our local bank and they put us in touch with Kailin. We are we’re very happy with Kailin. Kailin went above and beyond what my wife and I felt a lender should do. We gave him the parameters of our loan well in advance of purchasing the house and Kailin did his homework. His communication was excellent! He kept us up on rate changes, he gave us multiple scenarios for our loan and was always available. He answered the phone or called you right back, even Sunday’s or late at night. One time I called him and he was at one of his kids sports games. He left the stands to take my call. We had to extend our lock twice because of some builder issues. Kailin made sure all paperwork to extend was on time and completed correctly. When our house was done, the loan was funded and we were Good. We did not shop around for long rates. We felt Kailin was honest, working hard to earn our trust, and was committed to our satisfaction. If you want my option on having Kailin assist you on your home loan, I speak for my wife and myself. Absolutey!
